All prices shown on our website include delivery to anywhere mainland UK. All printed products are delivered via national couriers with products boxed for safe, secure transit. Delivery dates will be confirmed upon placing your order. Estimated delivery times are 5 – 10 working days from receipt of artwork. if your order is more urgent, simply select our premium upgrade for a guaranteed 72 hour delivery.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed in supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Any delivery times given are estimated and might be extended in connection with high volume of orders.

- Returns & Replacements

Customer must notify Affordable leaflets in writing within 5 business days of delivery of any defects discovered in the finished goods. In order to receive replacements Customer must return 95% of the delivered product within 30 days of delivery.
Due to nature of products we sell reimbursements for products already printed or part through the printing process is not possible. Cancellations received prior to print will be subject to a £25 administration charge to cover time spent processing customers order, artwork and refunding payments.

All orders should be placed through our website using the shopping cart icon. Orders for bespoke products must be confirmed via email.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All orders must be paid for in advance Full payment must be received and cleared prior to processing the order. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency. Payment for the goods which include delivery charges are to be made through the method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
- All prices include delivery charges unless stated, promotion offers are for a limited period only and can be withdrawn subject to availability.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you have placed your order you can login to your own personal account to see your orders. By clicking login and entering your email and password, you will then be presented with your own dashboard where you can reorder any previous orders or check progress on active orders.
- Updating Account Information
Once you have logged in you can change all your account details from shipping address to billing address with your own personal address book. You can also review products, subscribe to our newsletters and add products to your own personal wishlist.
